I can definitly understand where you're coming from, but SC doesn't need to provide this. There are many ways to communicate with players directly outside the game. You can email, instant message, etc. SC provides clan chat with is enough.
Communication between opposing players/clans is a bad idea. I understand you would probably use it for good, but soooo many people would use it for evil. It would be nothing but threats, insults, and reports upon reports for SC to deal with. Way more headache than it's worth.
