Elexir wall upgarde (lv7+)
We have loads of elexir stored in our storages but nowhere to use them!! And then while attacking we can only get the gold and all the elexir is wasted and the elesir won in clan wars is also being wasted so I suggest that u plz bring back the wall upgrade with elexir fr walls lv7+
Another thing i would like to mention is to reduse the cost of walls.. to upg just 2 walls to lv8 it takes 1million gold and i think its too much for most of the coc players...so plz consider my requests...

At least now you have the ability to upgrade your walls using elixir once you get them to level 8. For the past two years until they added the new option, nobody had that ability. They had it and they took it away so its not going to come back again. Just wait a while. Or use the elixer to make troops to attack bases with lots of gold

A) Players don't get the ability to upgrade walls with elixir until level 9. Edit: I just realized what you meant. When you get a wall to level 8, you can then use elixir to upgrade it (to level 9). So forget this point, sorry!
B) The issue isn't whether people have been able to grind out their walls with gold for the last 2 years. I'm all for changes to the game, to keep it fresh for veteran players, and entice new players who are 2 years behind.
The issue is that, frankly, TH7 players don't really benefit much from elixir walls. If you start from a maxed TH6 and add up all the costs to max TH7, not including walls, then TH7 actually costs more elixir than gold, by well over 10M elixir. Factor in the cost of building armies for raiding, clan wars, clan donations, clan war donations, etc., and I'd say that a very active player should be pretty balanced on elixir and gold, even including all the walls with gold only.
A less active player, or one who doesn't do clan wars, might find that they have excess elixir for the final 1-2 weeks of TH7, maybe even longer if they're very inactive. But if they're that inactive, I don't think we need to reward them with elixir walls.
TH8 is a very different matter. They really do have a serious issue with excess elixir. I'm willing to entertain options that help TH8. If an suggestion helps TH7 as well, I can live with that. But I don't think the "pain" of TH7's is any kind of argument in favor of elixir walls for them.

There are lots of things to spend elixir on, you only have a problem because your neglecting to upgrade your hall.
The game is about going forwards, not encouraging players to stay back.
