How or would the strength of your wifi connection affect gameplay? After tossing my iPad across the room after a failed raid n blaming that darn xbow glitch I began to ponder could it also be my wifi connect? After starting to feel better about my gameplay n having found a excuse for my fails I decided to man up n ask the community could wifi connect affect gameplay? Be honest but kind forum users for my ego is at stake! Or just have a good laugh at my expense....

WiFi will affect gameplay in the sense that if it is weak enough, the raid will a)have never happened b) log only about half and only some of your troops have dropped c) say you never dropped a troop, waited the 30 sec, then backed out. All have happened to me...If the Weak Wifi icon didn't show up, its probably the X-Bow. If it did, blame it on the x-Bow if you executed the attack fully

Sorry, but no, it doesn't affect the game in any way.
Until you get disconnected in the middle of a raid, then yes it affected your game play.
