I usually work more with bam if I have a regular barracks upgrading, the army will train around the same time as a barch would with a barracks down.

When I did this I just divided the workload between the Barracks evenly. For Barch Attacks spread the Archers across all 3 Barracks evenly then do the same with the Barbs. Doing it this way you get your same army composition & all it adds is 5-6 minutes on troops being made you wont even notice the difference.Originally Posted by jgarcia3209

I used to do that (2 barracks for barb/2 barracks for arch)
but I feel OCD-ish when I don't use ALL my troops on a raid, so I switched to balancing per barracks
you can use a CoC calculator for a balanced training time, just memorize it ( I used clashingtools.com )

I usually do 1 barrack on barbs. 3 on archers + 2 on monions, you could try 1 barrack on barbs. 2 on archers + 2 on monions it should be fine.
TH10 Defenses almost Maxed (Gimme 1 month for teslas and canons and it's done !) - LEVEL 128 - BK 27>28 - AQ 20 - GG 500M+ - EE 500M+ - HH 1,8M - BAMing most of the time, Barching if i need DE

I found my balloons dying too quickly in my balloonion raids. I added more balloons.

Just boost one barrack. It's the equivalent of having 4 barracks in one at the rate it produces units.
