Will townhall 8 be the new townhall 7?

This is a thread where I think we should discuss our views if we think townhall 8 will be as good as townhall 7 is. This is not a discussion about townhall 10 so mods don't close and redirect to twisters thread. What do you guys think? Will townhall 8 be the new townhall 7, or are people just using this as an excuse to premature to townhall 8 because they are bored of townhall 7?
My personal opinion:
If they add anymore defensive buildings to townhall 10 or more walls (which they are sure to do)unless the premature has lvl 4-5 defenses theres no way you could farm with a normal farming army. They would be so overloaded with defenses (i suspect fourth mortar, maybe a third xbow, and another cannon to even out with archer tower) that even with premature stuff it would be hard to farm, quality doesn't always beat quantity in a game like this, sure quality is good, but a new defense adds more fire power than a higher upgraded defense. Th 10 will be very difficult to farm, whether premature or not. So no, townhall 8 will not be receiving any better loot because of this new townhall UNLESS they add extra collectors/higher level collectors.

No. Simple answer: TH7 is still TH7. You still have to go through it. You still have to nearly max everything before going to th8, and you still have the same stuff as before. Adding more to the top hasn't changed the things below it by two th levels (for example if th9 had 1000 army camp spaces th7 would be too costly to attack as mostly it won't cover the cost but a th8 could still be a target), but adding a xbow to th7 would harm things above it.

Some stuff exclusively for TH9 should also be included for TH8, then it's balanced.... Even 1 Xbow that can go up to level 2 would be great for us at this point....

I wonder how people at th7 will feel about th8 getting am xbow

as per the post, I don't think th8 will ever be the the new th7. As you stated, it will be impossible to farm th10, even if it is premature. But it might lead to more premature th9 bases and thats a good thing for us.
