Experiment with it a bit mate, I agree that valks can be very usefull if used correctly. Hogs are a bit easier IMO, since you just clean up a bit, send hogs and heroes behind and you're good to go. Picking off mortars/WTs always helps, if exposed. And yes I would definetly recommend C1/C2 maybe even C3 depending on the day, loot moves quickly in Crystal leauges. If you do experiment with valks, would love to see how it goes. I think LegendaryLurker used them a bit for farming, they seemed to work well. Good luck!

Lol, well in that case I'd recommend hogs. Purely because it's more of a tested method IMO. You can upgrade valks after, maybe start using them a bit once they hit lvl 3.

Yes, definetly. Works great with boost, if you want constant raiding just boost all 6 barracks and heroes, you'll end up with 14-16 hogs per raid, rest barch. If you want to conserve some gems, you can do 3 normal barracks boosted and one dark barracks boosted. I queued both DB with hogs of course, then 1 normal barracks with barb, two with archers, the unboosted normal barracks with archers aswell. You end up with around 1:2 ratio for barch, which I found pretty spot on for either collector raids or storage raids and with 14-18 hogs.
