Should point out you are TH9, so much easier to do that at TH9, as dead TH8 bases are a big part of your numbers.

BAM is good though, I used that to get the elixir stuff out of the way at TH10. Now using an army to focus more on dark elixir.

Yea, I mentioned I'm a TH 9. Most players are TH 9 and lower. Of course it's going to be harder to farm as fast at TH 10 because of the loot penalty against TH 8s. This method will allow TH 7s and 8s to farm Gold and Elixir even faster than I did. I am now TH 10, and loot is still fine for me.

I don't like anything that slows me down.

I don't like re-queueing troops for wall breakers either, but I feel more confident with some wall breakers as I'm often finding myself raiding active TH8 bases as much as inactive bases for their unspendable elixirs.

(What I do is I add some wall breakers at the end of the queue without refilling the queue, and keep the queue capacity to say, 20 barbarians each before I start searching. That way when I come back my queue should be close to making wall breakers and I don't have to remove the whole queue to add wall breakers.)

But I was only netting approximately 3mil gold/2 mil* elixirs per session during 1 gem boost event (each session is 2 hours), so maybe your method of only raiding inactive bases is more efficient.

Yea, I like that idea. And yea, try my method out and see if it helps you make loot faster. If not, you can go back to using the method you're most comfortable with. Your 5 mill per session isn't bad at all. Always fun to try out new farming methods!

Haha yea. As you can see, I don't really need to use much spells to obtain my Gold and Elixir, so I trade my elixir and lightning spells for some extra DE. That way I'm also making a lot of DE. As for punishment, what punishment? My defense log is full of snipes and fail attacks. I'm now TH 10 and going to have Infernos now, so it's going to be surprising and exciting to see someone actually attack me hard haha. Even though my defenses suck, they're of low level. But I have an intimidating base with lavas.

I arrange the queue in my barracks this way:

So that, I will have 2 bombs after every two attacks. In case I need more bombs, I will stop adding barbarians/archers into the queue. But if I don't, I can just continue with training barbarians/archers.

(I use more bombs than you do because I only have level 5 barbarians)
