Hoppers
We all hate them don't we because all they do is nick our troops. it's a outrage supercell. We need a button for clan mates who have left the clan can be marked as a hopper by the leader of he clan or 3 co leaders and when the person tries to join back it says they are marked as a hopper but it doesn't show the person themself they are marked a hopper. If you would have any question please leave a reply and I shall reply to any question what comes about this subject.
I don't hate hoppers, I nothing them. People come, people go.
Simple fix. If you don't want hoppers, make all new members donate a fixed amount before they are allowed to request troops.

I agree. This is a massive outrage. We all know there's nothing we can do to stop hoppers. We're powerless. It's a plague destroying the very fabric of our society. The fact that the CDC, the WHO, the United Nations, the United Federation of Planets, the MPAA, and the White House have done nothing about this is appalling. SC needs to fix this immediatley. Until they do, everyone with 1 post or less should start a new thread about this exact topic every hour, on the hour.

There's no fixing this problem, people that want to hop, will hop, you can't control that
