Nope, it will not.
Not for the foreseeable future.
Supercell said that they're focusing only on iOS and there will be no other version in the foreseeable future.

Supercell is a tablet-first company, currently focusing on iOS. There are no plans for other versions of Clash of Clans at this time. Although they reevaluate this decision from time to time, there will be no Android, or other version of Clash of Clans in the foreseeable future.
