Currently,defenses are nearly useless(not in clan war).Some people are even playing attacking only .So,to make defenses more meaningful,let us attack a village that it's owner is going on an attack.By doing so,it will also adjust the league status of which townhall level should be.Reason-
Cheft's not there.Your village is left alone!
