TH10 will happily farm th9 and th7-8 will still be going for the sweet bonus. So, no, I don't think th9 had been saved.

Either way, it is still too early to tell. First we need to know what comes with th10.

I'm all for new upgrades and defences but I agree they cant keep rolling out higher level upgrades and just keep tacking on more time. Just to get to level 7 teslas alone is a milestone now. I bought my 5th builder and I already gem when my storages are maxxed (and this is happening far too often now) so please don't force us to gem upgrades as well. Cause that's just asking for too much. I want this to be a game/hobby and not a full time job that I don't get paid for.

Well assuming they keep percentages the same kind of progression, th9 should be able to take more loot from th10 storages

This is a huge update. SC shouldn't be ♥♥♥♥ing around with this because it will affect a ton of paying customers. I hope they take their time and make sure it is appealing enough to even jump the bandwagon on this yet overhyped TH level.
