i just wonder what's going to happen with build times and build costs.
10 million gold and 16 days for an upgrade? and after that? 20 million gold and 20 days? how will that be fun for anyone?
high level heroes are already out of reach for 99% of the playing population (that's a completely made up guess with no support in facts or evidence-- but really, who aside from gemmers will get 3 million dark elixir anytime soon?). how long can the game continue its current trend?
I'm sure the only benefit will be attacking all of the premature TH 10's. Apart from that, I'm unsure - hopefully SC will add some information about the loot bonuses to the update notes as things like that are usually unannounced.

Wouldnt be surprised if SC cuts upgrade times for a lot of thinga at th9.... 3 weeks for an upgrade would be way too much time. People would realize they have better things to do.
