Are Town Hall 9'ers saved?

Since the new Town Hall 10 is coming out I am guessing a lot more people will go up to town hall 9 since it will not be the highest anymore. I for one hope Town hall 9 farming will see some better resources to loot and more town hall 9s in general. Yeah I know I'm selfish.

Rushed TH9s will never be "saved" except through a very dedicated player willing to grind like crazy. The reason rushed TH9s have such a miserable time is because for one reason and one reason alone. Because their troops/army camps are no where near adequate to deal with TH8-TH9 defenses, adding a TH10 will help them next to nothing. In fact it will almost more likely hurt them even more! I say that because if they were willing enough to rush TH9, what has changed to stop them from rushing to TH10? Nothing.

Even with TH 10 coming, I still don't think its prudent to rush a TH past 7 before you start taking advantage of the loot bonus/penalty and maxing your defense and offensive upgrades before progressing.

I agree with the above.

While TH9 will no longer be the top, they still can't raid everyone below them.

I was one off the people who rushed to town hall 9 together with my friends. I am glad there is going to come a th10 so I dont have the highest loot penalty anymore

Possibly, but only because for th10 to even be viable something will have to happen with the loot.

Even when it turns out the construction time is 2-3 weeks it won't make a huge deal - as long as people get there, the long term is what matters.
