Builder hut upgrades with gem currenc

Supercell could potentially make more money by selling gems and keep customers happy with a builders hut upgrade!
players are unhappy with having to wait 1 week to upgrade something why not speed it up with builder hut upgrades.
every upgrade could increase the rate of speed at wich the builder upgrades and builds by a increments of 5-10% and increase the cost by increments of 100 gems and a starting price of 100 gems!
any thoughts or ideas?

Upgradable builder huts is ruled out. They are considering adding a boost on their huts. But I wouldn't hold my breath that it gets added.
