Don't you just hate it when you're sitting there looking at the base of the person who has attacked you, thinking to yourself "I can wreck his base and all 200,000 of that gold and elixir will be mine",wanting to just take revenge and every time you hit the revenge button a message pops up that says "Owner is still online". "Leave your base!!!" you yell at the person, in ur mind. So you go about figuring out if you want to upgrade your Archer tower or if you should upgrade a cannon, thinking that in 5 minutes you can come back and they would have logged off by then. 5 minutes later you come back, you hit the revenge button and... It tells you that they have a shield. "What the heck" you say. You visit their base and someone else came through and TH sniped. There goes all that gold and elixir.
So to remedy that situation I think there should be notification for a revenge window. What's that? Well once your base has been raided and after your attacker has logged off their town, there should be a notification sent to you for a window of revenge. I think it should be like a five minute window where you can take your revenge before your attacker's Town Hall is available for anyone else to raid. Plain and simple.
Let me know your thoughts and ideas on how to improve this idea.
Honestly I feel like this idea is down right horrible, not to be harsh or anything just, if you take bases out of the rotation for 5 minutes that's just crazy. I'm a good farmer and I hit about 20-30 bases a session. With your idea this would mean 20-30 people (many innactive) have 5 minutes to hit me before anyone else can, meaning someone who is currently raiding cannot hit me and give me a shield. Your idea would make it harder for farmers to find loot and also to keep loot.

So those 20 people i attacked and stole 300k of each yesterday will get a notification every time i log off?
And the 20 i attacked the day before will get a notification every time i log off?
And the 75 i attacked this weekend will all get a notification every time i log off?!
