Invisible war base - bug or somehow ♥♥♥♥♥ing?

We just did a clan war search and one of the players in the clan we have been matched up against has a completely blank (no buildings, nothing) war base. The only thing visible are the villagers walking about. This will make the base almost impossible to attack. Is this player somehow ♥♥♥♥♥ing or is this a bug? Either way it gives his clan an unfair advantage.

Is this prep day? Chances are they have not been in a war before so they have not built a war base. It might show up blank and be an easy 3*. This is most likely a new bug from the new base manager.

It's a glitch, SC will fix it soon.
I've seen it before, and people were joking about how they were gonna "destroy the base".
