Hey everyone!

This thread is going to be slightly different from my other Clashers React threads. In this thread, it's going to be like a journal. I, and I would also encourage you too, will be frequently testing different raiding strategies, and going to different leagues, to see where the loot is hidden, and how to extract it.

The reason I also want you to tell us your findings, is that I am a new th8. My defence isn't fit to survive in crystal. The highest I've been is 1850 trophies, and I got demoted in 2 days. So I would like all you th9s and 10s to help me out, the loot crisis affects you most doesn't it? But of course, th8s and below, I need your help too, experiment as much as you can, and tell us how loot is for you.

How to set out a reply at the Loot Lab-

So I tested out a raid strategy...so on... Then mention the troops

Eg

Barbarians Lvl5 (100)
Archers Lvl5 (100)

Etc etc.

So I hope you guys help me out and give your findings too, this will help bring out the truth about loot. Is it really gone? Or has it just moved to a different league? People say sub 200 is like the bottom of an ocean, hard to get to, but rewarding. Is that true? People say silver league has dead bases galore. Is that true? Let's find out. At the Loot Lab.

Level 83 th8 here.

12 L5 giants
60 L5 arch
60 L5 barb
10 L5 Wb.

Around 20-24 min training time, i think. Generally i go from 1550-1750 trophies. No record loot, but i find enough loot to max my skulls and keep all four builders and lab busy 24/7, what more could you want?

Loot generally ranges from 150k-250k storage raids, and over 300k collector raids. DE is rarer, but 500-1000 DE in a raid is common.

Oh and a L10 BK helps loads,

and I bring in 2 heals spells and one zap just in case i need to go deeper in the base

trophy range from 1200 to 1600

That's pretty good...I think I'll try that one. Later though, doing hw now, then I'll be posting some of my findings

For farming I do:

12 Giants
40 Goblins
40 Barbs
50 Archers
5 WBs
2 heal
1 rage

CC - Giants preferred

Once I get my dragons to level 2, I plan on using another strategy (experimental) for fun and raiding as well when I am busy and have more time for cooking troops:

8 Dragons
8 Balloons
3 Rage

CC - Balloons if possible

I'm trying to be constructive...but TH8s literally can stumble around with any army and make crazy good loot. There are so many truly awful TH7s and TH8s to destroy. Collectors or storages, it doesn't remotely matter. My alt is a TH7 who smashes TH8s in silver leagues all the time.

Edit: Barch. Add a few wall breakers for storage bases. The ratio doesn't matter. Just fill your barracks and farm....

I'm trying to figure out which army is most efficientand consistent.

maxed heroes
5 lightnings

I farm bases with storages closer to outer perimeter but not many down in crystal set up that way lol! Heading back up to Masters to enjoy the better loot bonus! Loot had been up and down for me the last couple days but on average doing 2 lavas a day....casually playing (no two and three hr+ Sessions)
