There should be a way in game to donate recorces to other clan members. It should be limited to 150k per 24 hours of each resource donated to each clan member.

Although I like the idea, it's never gonna happen. Read below from the ruled out part the devs posted.

Ruled Out:
Devs have related that these ideas are "Ruled Out", please do not start threads asking for them, they will just be locked.
