Well structured clan looking to recruit new members
Hey guys, I'm the leader of Black Diamonds(#282rrlcq). I inherited the clan about 2 months ago but my predecessors left me with a great group of members. We used to have 40+ members but recently have been hovering around 15 members. We are looking to increase back up to about 25+.
We are a very structured clan. We have a set war schedule, twice a week, back to back on the weekends. This allows us to do hero upgrades or other long term upgrades during the week and doesn't interfere with war. We also have a very strict war strategy, with has been very successful since we implemented it about 4 months ago. We are undefeated in our war log, which only goes back 10 wars, but if memory serves me I believe we only have 1 loss in our last 18 wars. Normally we only accept lvl 50+ and/or TH7+ w/lvl 4+ troops, but we can make an exception if you're really close. However, town hall rushers is where we will have to draw the line.
We're looking to go this path because every time we recruit a bunch of random globals, we always seem to just find hoppers, or leechers who never donate and constantly request, or people who won't follow the war strategy, or just take a barbs & archers army(barching) to war to get 1 star and a big war bonus, then someone has to go clean it up for them... you know what I mean, general douschebaggery. So we're going to try going this way with the thinking that if you take the game seriously enough to get on a message board, maybe you'll be a little more serious about being a part of our clan.

Hey guys, we are recruiting again. Looking mostly for non rushed town hall 7 or 8's but will take th9 or 10 if you are serious about being here, too many times we've had th9's join, screw up the war matchmaking, then either flat out suck at attacking, or not attack at all and make things that much harder for us in war. You must have dragons for war and we do require you to use them for your war attack(there's a reason why we win so many wars). We have since become a level 3 clan and are well on our way to level 4. We have added a 3rd war each week in order to level up faster. So our new war schedule is back-to-back wars starting Wednesday night and Friday night, with the 3rd midweek war starting Monday morning. Since we all benefit from the clan perks, we have made the back-to-back wars mandatory participation, but the midweek war is optional in order to give you time to upgrade offensive things like heroes or spell factories, or just plain time to recoup some resources(war ain't cheap, especially when you have to take full dragon armies, we understand that). Right now our clan is set to invite only so when you find it, request to join and mention this post in the request.
