Supercell. Please allow us to upgrade wall to lv8 using elixir just like before. Elixer in th8 can only be used on troops and dark barracks upgrade that took 5d up to finish. In that 5d we could earn more than the elix storage can handle so the excess elix from our farming will go to waste. 😩😩😩

As was recently discovered, the change will remove elixir from the economy and mean that suddenly it's hard for you to make a profit on any raid. Bad idea. Just ug to th9 and start on legos, you need to store a little more elix but that greater supply is so important to the overall economy.

I know. As i said it took five days and up to finish. . Much better if we can use elix for walls just like before.
It broke the economy last time, can you give a reason (other than that you think it would benefit you) that it would work this time...
There is plenty to spend elixir on at th8. get your lab going....
It have no effect on my economy
only to those that bully th8 storage will be punish
i do deadbase mostly
but i can barch 100% th8 with heal spell and or even not use any spell just barch
and i think any elixir that goes wasted bad for economy
what you guys think
elicir must be used efficient not get wasted bcoz storage is full

If you gave walls more notice than you have so far this wouldnt be a problem. I upgrade at least a few walls with a free builder everyday with the 3 other builders working on the other upgrades and find that my walls are catching up to the max levels as I am having done my weapons and buildings.
I personally didnt feel the effect of not ginding elixer bases to raid when the limit was lower and I did use my own elixir for walls too but I got over the disappointment quickly by improving my decisions on building.
If I have lots of elixer I generally make more expensive troops and donate them which always lifts the clan and I also do practice combos when I dont need the extra elixir so my war ability improves.
Enjoy the freedom it gives you by not just doing loot raids with cheap troops.
Yup, i barely found ANY elixir around when the upgrade level 6 to 7(or was it 7 to 8?) was implemented.
Currently trying to win a forum game by making utterly pointless threads.
another day another elixir with walls thread..lol game isnt just about town hall 8s and what YOU have its about every player and guess what? when i was town hall 8 i grinded all my skulls with gold and my elixir storages just stayed full..then the update came out and know what i did with that elixir? nothing cause my skulls were done. these post are just selfish if you want me to be honest stop being lazy and just take the time to grind the skulls..half of the ppl complaining dont even have the lab done for town hall 8 (yes that includes DE troops) use that elixir and go steal some de or max your lab...yes your spells matter
