One thing that would change the game, is if you can gem boost builders. Constructors would finish upgrading twice as fast, while the boost is active. people always complain about upgrade speed, now you can fix that.

The probelem with this idea is that you can insta complete a build with gems. So why use more gems on boosting build time when u can insta complete it.
