Top 3 Local Clans tournament have Gems

I think World Wide Top 3 has been occupy by the Most comman clans that is impossible for most of the player. But for the localized clans is will be more easy for getting the award.

Still, it's not as if the idea will affect much more than one hundredth of a percent of the Clash of Clans players (not an exaggeration).

The Ideas is same as Would Wide Clans tournament. But it is for Localize, I think it can be 6000 (Top 1), 3000 (Top 2), 2000 (Top 3).

Just bump around regions till you find one that you're in the top3 for... Christmas Island.. no too opoular.

COC has already know the player location. Then if the player is USA, he/she join to China Clans. His/her will not get the GEMS awards.
