The option for clans to do tournaments should be incorporated. A simple 8 team tourney where each team buys in with 100 gems. Gems are donated by the clan into a "tournament pot" where winner of the tournament simply takes all, and gems are equally divided between the clan after the donaters for the match was paid back in full. supercell could even sponsor and 32 team tournament between the top 32 clans for a much larger purse at the beginning of every year for ultimate bragging rights
