Pick your own roles within the clan

I think the leader of the clan should be able to set up their own roles. They could name them and then select from a list all the things that role can do. So it could be could be privileges like kicking certain other roles, sending clan mails, letting people into the clan and more. I think this would let people run the clan how they want it to be run, and would make each clan more unique and interesting.

I also think main clans and feeder clans should be linked, and if this ever happens then another thing is that a leader can pick which roles can move people over and who they can move over.

I hope this makes sense to everyone, and appreciate any feedback you have to offer

My idea is that any clans leader should have the option to either add ranks (instead of just the basic 4), and have the abilities to change all ranks privileges (other than Leader).
However, for this to work out really well, there would have to be more privileges to begin with (I can make another suggestion thread on this). For example, you could have "chat muting", instead of kicking a member for spamming, simply mute their chat for [x] amount of time (can be changed by whoever's muting).

Yes the leader could name it what ever they like

Somewhere on the clan profile would be a button that would lead to a page where the leader could create roles. So they would name it then turn a feature on or off depending on what that role can do. These features would include things like Can demote role 1, Can invite people, Can accept invites, Can promote people to role 2 and things that are similar to this. It would be quite a long list and would take about 5-10 minutes to set up each role, but after then it would be easier and more fun within the clan

I don't see the need for it, the current rank system seems to work fine (plus it's universal --excluding language barriers-- so it makes sense for people trying to join the clan). The negative impact of this is that it can be used in........unsavory ways. Leaders would have the power to give a player a 'title', which could range from heroic attacker to clan dunce, so really don't think it would be used well.

two problems.
1st : that mute chat idea is ruled out.

2nd: role without power is useless. in order to give power (kicking, accepting, mailing) . they have to program it. so custom role assignment means leader is giving roles at will so how they will b programmed instantly to hav power? . unless u r suggesting simple name tags instead of ranks. custom rank need individual programming. so prepaid rank allotment is easy. user creating ranks is impossible technically.
