    At least you have the clan castle maxed, thats a start and i know this is probably a troll post but im going to answer like its real. No you should not upgrade your townhall to townhall 10, first i would upgrade xbows, then wixzard towers, then mortars, then archer towers, for troops i would upgrade the troops you use a lot first.
