I think here and there during attacks a naked villager should come streaking out of the TH and zigzag all around before returning. Like in a sporting event if it gets too close to any of the on field combatants for either side (so attacking or cc troops) they will take a quick moment to turn and swipe at it. They then acquire a target via their regular logic be it the one they were targeting already or a new one if the situation has changed.
For an added touch, when the streaker gets back to the TH they have barred the door so that he is stuck outside banging on it until something walks over and kills him. Maybe some panicked screaming for extra effect.
