At lvl 1 you can combine 2 troops using only elixir.
At Lvl 2 you can combine 3 elixir troops or 2 DE troops.
At Lvl 3 you can combine 3 elixir or DE troops or 2 spells.
At Lvl 4 you can combine any troops or spells together. e.g you can combine a P.E.K.K.A and rage spell and he will stayed rage while in combat.

Lvl 4: 3,000,000

No no no. This building can only mix spells and troops. Letting it fuse defenses would make it too OP. BTW Inferno X-Tower is two words

So I can technically infuse a batch army with jump spells and they jump over walls? Pretty OP.
What does freeze spell, lightning spell infusion do?
Its a lot more complicated than you make it look.
