How would you 3 star this base with only 150 troops!?

I'm looking to get as many stars as possible on this base, but I'm worried that's just not possible with my current troops.
I can hold a maximum of 150 troops, and I can make the following troops:

Level 3 Barbs
Level 3 Archers
Level 3 Giants
Level 2 Goblins
Level 2 Wallbreakers
Level 1 Balloons
Level 2 Wizards
Level 1 Healers

And for spells, I can hold a max of 2 of the following:

Level 4 Lightning
Level 1 Healing


And this is the base:



So I'm worried I simply don't have enough or high enough level troops to do much damage to this base.
Let me know what you think, how you would arrange these troops, and what your attack strategy would be.

Your best option will be to use Giant Healer Combo on this base. For spells, take 1 Lightning spell & 1 Heal spell. Take out the CC troops by bunching them all up & using a lightning spell so that you don't have to waste your troops since you already don't have much. Use Heal for your Giants to get to the Air defense. once it's down, Healer will do the job.

Loons is easiest. Just grab some lvl 6 loons in the cc if available also.
