Things I want to see In Clash of Clans

These are the things I want to see in COC, I don't know which are ruled out but these are my wishes and I don't care if they cause lag. Please do not mention that some of these are ruled out because I know some ruled ideas.

(1) Increasing Lightning Spell's DPS
(2) Pinpointing wrong words to correct them in Clan Chat
(3) No cool down for Clan Mail
(4) Themes for the game such as Halloween when you want it. (Themes bought with gems)
(5) Frequent Gem Boxes
(6) More Flags
(7) A new member promotion level above Co-Leader but as a another Leader such as your friend
(8) Night Mode (Everything will be Dark as Night)
(9) Emoji in Clan Chat because some people don't have them in their keyboards
(10) Cleaner and clearer clan chat design
(11) Universal Translator
(12) Saving Replays
(13) More troops levels
(14) Walls cheaper to upgrade
(15) Boost barracks and pause the boost
(16) Longer Shields after attacks
(17) Giants Move faster with an increase of 5%
(18) Click-able links in Clan chat such as FB pages links
(19) No building cancel cost
(20) 1 skeleton trap at TH7
(21) Setting troops level in Barracks

Some of these are not ruled out, please do not mention them in replies and just write your choices...

Do you have any idea how much lag this would cause? Anyway if I had to choose one it would be saving replays. Honestly who wouldn't want to watch their most epic wins?

It's just my hearts desire, I don't care about the lag. Adding another DE drill and skeletons traps don't cause lag so adding a few more flags will. Got the idea!

(2) I have no problem with this idea; since it was never previously implemented, though, there may be some technical problem.
(3) I fully support this, but ONLY if the cooldown is removed for the leader only. If it is removed for all coleaders, coleaders will start sending spam.
(12) I would have no problem with this.
(13) Once again, I have no problem with it.
(15) This seems like an excellent and helpful idea. However, SC might not be willing to implement this since it would decrease the frequency of people boosting, which would decrease their profits.
(17) I previously supported this (ruled-out) idea, but I only just understood the argument that it violates privacy. However, I would support a counter showing how long it's been since someone was online.
(20) I would have no problem with this.

The ideas I did not mention are ones I would be against and ones I know SC would never implement.
