Gemming Troops

This is a pretty stupid idea but maybe we could have shiny troops. This can be a permanent update or a holiday update it's just an idea. For the troops to become "Shiny" they will have to be gemmed. The troops will be coated with a light shiny green color. This would be cool to see in a update because when people attack your village you can see if they used gems for their troops or not. It would be funny to see some people fail on attacking and knowing that they gemmed their troops. This would not work for spells because it would be confusing if you change the color of the spells. Another idea for gemming is just to put a gem icon by the troop like in the picture

So when you boost your barracks, or hit the insta-train button, you get 'shiny' units, showing others you are rich (or some would say stupid) enough to spend gems on them?

I think Supercell has more urgent matters to deal with than the possibility of implementing a useless 'shiny' feature in game.
