I am a programmer,i want to do a 2D pixel art game for android,i will use my own characters creted by me,but the characters are a copy from the character from Clash Of clans in the pixel art mod.
If i do this game and publish it in Google Play Store,i will have problem with the copyright?

I don't think you want to be posting this in general. maybe email them? Or do this in a more professional way.

This is some characters,i know that a lot of people apreaciate the simpli and pixel art games.This is just some main characters,on 16x16 Bits.On the PC screen it dosent look good,but the game will be for phone and tablet's on android.

As long as theres no direct resemblence, which at 8 bit art is hard to compare, you would have been fine.
But now you opened pandoras box. Before, you could have played the mild resemblance as a coincidence but you've admitted on their official forums that you took direct influence from their characters.
Sometimes its better to ask forgiveness than for permission. This would have been one of those cases.
