Display a numeric defensive base rating (based on used to determine clan war loot)

A lot of us are curious as to the "value" of our own base in war. Providing a way to see it, whether its a "rating" or just displaying loot value would/could be a nice touch. It could even make things competitive within the clan for best base, which could mean more play time by users and more gems spent/bought for Supercell.

Um you actually already know who has the best base by the ranks. Loot value doesn't make any difference. I have nothing against it but I don't see the point

One's loot value is based on the defensive value of your base (how much you are worth to the other clan in war). The loot value is adjusted with a similar penalty system as regular attacks (1 TH level diff: 90% 2: 50% 3: 25% 4 or more: 5% reward)

I guarantee you that a bunch of war players wonder what they are worth and/or how close they are to being better or worse than their clan mates).

Interesting idea, but will only the l levels of buildings count and not the placement/layout of them? Will there be an in game manual that will list the number of point per building per level?

I don't care what my loot value is. I care where I rank on the war roster. If I'm shown how much loot the enemy clan gets from my base....I still won't care. War rank comes pretty close answering this question. No a bad idea, I just don't see the point. That numerical data is for the person attacking...shouldn't really matter to the person defending.

Ya I don't really care for the loot but maybe a cumulative number of all the different levels of buildings(obviously different building are weighted differently)

I guess I'm not understating the value of this arbitrary number. War rank already does what your asking. A number isn't going to tell you if you have a good offense or defense. You have to look at your base, your war rank relative to others, and determine that yourself. A number is just a number. It doesn't say if you need to improve or what you need to improve.

But your war rank is too vague, there could be a huge division between a maxed th 10 rank 1 and a new th 10 rank 2. Or there could be an unnoticeable difference between players like maybe a couple more walls. Obviously these examples are far fetched but still possible, an numerical value would be nice here to compare bases.
