why do you have your storages outside? protect your resources and max out your base. dont go to TH6 yet. got it? listen to all of us when we say you wont like the loot penalties, if you dont know what that means please ask and inform yourself.
Up until TH7, as long as your offense is maxed (max camps, max troop research, and barracks high enough for farming troops) I say go ahead and move up. TH7 is the best place to farm due to the extra barrack and camp, so I wouldn't worry too much about defenses and walls until then. Once you're at TH7, that's when you want to take your time and max everything.

Don't remember what the max for barracks/camps at your level is, but as long as your camps are maxed, all your basic troops (barbs/archers/gobs/giants/wallbreakers) are upgraded, and your barracks are high enough to produce the basic troops, you're good to upgrade. Once you get to TH7, max your new troops and camps asap for the extra fire power, then stick around and farm until max everything before moving on.
