Is this in regards to enemy clan member joining your clan during war to "spy" on everyone bases? If so an easy way around it is to just check the enemy's clan to see if the person joining is in that clan.

Yes this would be to help prevent "spying". And yes you can do that, and we do, unless they leave their clan first.
Don't allow new members during war unless they're invited. Problem solved. I see where you're coming from, but this is a user problem and not a SC problem.
If they leave their clan before war then they arnt going to be attacking in war, if they leave after the war has started then you will see their name in the list of people in their clan that are in war regardless of where they currently are.Originally Posted by 3lr0y

True but alts and other opposing members that don't have a high enough trophy count do try to join and then report back with trap and cc intel.
Refer to my above post. This has a 100% success rate with spies being denied entry into the clan.
I understand but it also has a 100% chance of turning away decent players that just happen across our clan while we are in preparation day. Which is every other day for us.
I don't think that our recruiting should be restricted by the amount of wars we participate in.
