New hero update/changes ideas

Okay so I'm new here, but I've been playing Clash for a while (max th9, lvl 107). ANd I struggle with what a lot of you do too even though I only have level 12 heroes. THE HEROES! My idea is this...
1.) As you heroes are upgrading you should be still be able to use them in war attacks. Heroes are essential to war, but so is upgrading them. IF you want to to be good at clash you need to constantly upgrade them. But when it gets to a point where I have to wait 5 days for my queen/king ( not even bad yet) thats about two wars without them. It SUCKS! Now y idea is to be able to JUST use them for war but still be upgrading when you farm.

2.) SImilar to one, but maybe cut the upgrade time for heroes if that must be the case. THey horstly do take a long time, and the cost in my opinion is fine.

I also agree (Mid TH9 and XP lvl 91). Also, I'd like the upgrade cost lowered a little, but significant amount. I have a lvl6 Barb King and a lvl 5 archer queen and it's been difficult to upgrade my heroes...

wait wait wait... So if you can use them during war, why would you need to decrease the upgrade time?

Yes I'm a level 98 TH9 and I have to say I am a farmer for 95% of the time so I use barch so I don't need the heroes…YET when war roles around it takes my king so long to upgrade… and its not even close to level 40!
