I would Infernoes are the main anti-tank weapon, so having a tank that's an anti-anti-tank weapon tank is a bit much if it has 75% resistance, IMO.

Alright, it's just if its at 50% resistant, the hp seems a little low, so would it be alright if I increase the damage and hp, I don't want it to be OP or UP, or even just a "decent tank".

The stats aren't the issue here. The issue is that it's just another tank, and we have two ground tanks already, one of which is more interesting than this one. A golem splits into two when it dies and does death damage. All this does is soak up damage. That's why I said to spice it up a bit, SC are looking for troops with a bit more to them than 'This troop takes 50% less damage from inferno towers'.
