2. Added 150 stars or more to your clans in clan wars

1. Place TWO SERIOUS ATTACKS each war (no barching, no second-tier troops)
2. Show us you can three-star a base comparable to yours at least 50% of the time. If you can not, you will be kicked
3. Make your best to accommodate clan needs during wars (time of attacks, targets, etc.)
