Troops finished notification

instead of a notification when our camps are full, how about letting us know when our barracks are finished making troops
this would be especially useful when
-a barrack is being upgraded and your other barracks don't have the capacity to fill camps
-you accidentally set your barracks to make a number of troops just under capacity thus not getting the notification

That's odd,I get a notification when the barracks is no longer training any troops.My army camp wasn't full
