We need the ability to send a request to compare bases with other people, whether it is in clan chat, global chat, or friend list. Both people would have to agree. The algorithm would be the same or similar as the war list. This would help for having fun comparing with friends and comparing with idiots in global chat.

i cant make pictures but it would say like "Compare" under "Profile" and "Visit"
the request would be like a clan invite: "xxx would like to compare bases!"

What? Why? More detail please, I don't understand why you need it.
It'd be nice to have a clan score so you know how your clan as a whole is developing and its value in matchups with other clans. But yeah... not sure exactly what you're getting at that's different from level.
like if you have a friend and you want to see who has a better base this can be fun
