each rank unloocks a new "ability" within the clan and each higher rank has all the abilities of the last save one
main:
earl- can be in multiple clans symultainously causeing any battles and wars to cease between the two or more. he/she is elected from a leader of the clans wishing to join together
leader- as is now, only one to promote players to treasurer
co-leader- can permote and demote
elder- can recruite
warrior- can partisipate in war
guardian- can donate to clan castle
initiate- starting rank
special:
treasurer (warrior)- is the only one that resources can be donated to (kinda). donated resources can only be used on clan research (later update)
