Looking for some TH 9 war base strategy.. Can use advise on my base!

New to the forum and im looking for any type of pointers or advice on my base for war. Been playing for about a year and a half so im open to everyones opinions on how to tweak my base or just completely change it. Most of the time i get 2 starred around 60-80% damage done, and an occasional 3 star when a TH 10 unloads max troops on me. Also looking for the best combo to put in cc during wars.

Also if you guys have any advice on what to upgrade next that would be great. I have all max troops for TH 9 btw so i knocked those out already.
