    Wall Pecker, NEW DARK TROOP, 15 housing space, Full Details included PLEASE comment !

    Housing Space: 15
    Training time: 30m
    Movement Speed: 24

    Damage per second: 46 (walls damage x40)
    Hitpoints: 1000 (Level 1)
    Training Cost: 375 Dark Elixir (Level 1)

    This new dark troop Wall Pecker, will head straight to the clan castle pecking away at any walls in its path going completely straight from it's deployment.
    Strategy of deploying this creature so it pecks as many walls in it's straight line path is key allowing the rest of the ground army to follow.
    Even though it is a bird, it is a ground troop doing one peck per second, comparable to one wall breaker exploding on impact each time except without the splash damage.
    Since it is 15 housing space each, it is vulnerable to the Spring Traps. Can be used to lure out Clan Castle when deployed in its range effectively. When clan castle is destroyed it stays positioned on top of the clan castle and doesn't move or further attack until it's death causing distraction and decoy just like how lava pups do so.
    Like Lava Hounds for air, and Wall Peckers are for ground, they will work together as opposites in the battlefield.

    Pro's
    - precise wall breaking techniques from deployment
    - walls damage x40
    - make path for ground troops deep in the base
    - can be used to lure out clan castle troops when in range
    - quite like a tank hit points for distraction

    Con's
    - Targeted similar to wall breakers without the support of meat shields will make the Wall Pecker die rather quickly
    - Spring traps
    - 15 housing space each is hefty
    - no splash damage
    - expensive on dark elixir similar to lava hound cost
    - 30 minute training time
    - damage to the Clan Castle is only 46 dps same as to a wall breaker
    - only attacks the Clan Castle

    I think that the wall breaker would be too similar to this.

    Good thought. This way the cc troops can be taken out, lured and killed.
    But I fail to understand why it is a ground troop instead of being a bird. Please also provide the upgrade details. Thank you.

    Wall breakers aren't precise kinda like spamming a barch army because it's cheap and they have trouble breaking past the second layer of walls.

    same goes for lava hound right towards the air defense don't you think. It's main job is to break some walls along with golems and giants but it doesn't get distracted by defence layout. It can be used to lure out the clan castle alone but will die quickly, same goes for any troops luring out clan castle too. And with 15 housing spaces it is almost like using 3 hogs or 3 giants to lure out the clan castle which is hefty for the attack.

    It will make luring clan castles WAY too easy, cc troops will be nerfed, and if clan castle is in center, it will peck through all the walls guarding it, and open up the base all around. Jump spells would also become obsolete.

    It is a bird but walks on the ground only and doesn't fly in the game making it a ground troop. It pecks at 1x1 walls in it's path.
    It's a ground troop, the main focus is to break walls in it's path straight towards the clan castle, if there is no walls then it stay atop of the clan castle till death. Deploying is key strategy for defensive Clan Castle and offensive Clan Castle. The battle will end if the Wall Pecker is the last troop standing like leftover healers at the end of a battle.




    By the way, Witches float in the game but still considered a ground troop. Tricky stuff.

    You can never nerf the Clan Castle lol.
    Hogs can still lure out Clan Castle much much easier since it jumps past the first wall with ease and triggers the Clan Castle whereas the Wall Pecker would have to break that first layer of walls.
    The Wall Pecker is not as powerful of a troop to do all that in the battlefield without dying early.
    It has about 1000 hit points and is targeted by defences first which can lead to an early death if not used properly by support of Giants/Golems/Heal/Rage support and spells, same goes for using the wall breaker troop.
