Probably fine for a small push into low masters. Wars are another story though, core is rather open in my opinion, a few wall breakers and a jump spell from one of the sides really dooms your townhall with a gowipe. A few tanky/high dps troops get into the core and all your high dps defenses(xbows and teslas) go down.
Thats just my guess on what would happen, only way to truly know is to test it in a few wars/pushes.

The base layout may work in lower master 3 but up in masters 1 where I am its hard to make an effective trophy base unless you are maxed and even then its best to just leave the townhall on the outside.
