I need a Hog army comp for War!!!

Depends entirely on the base, how easy is it to get to the queen... Is the kill area under heavy splash? Can you take out a mortar near your kill area easily and cheaply with the cc pull?
So if there isn't much splash in the area where you plan to kill the cc and queen, then I recommend 2 or 3 witch and some Wizzies with your heroes for this job... Maybe bring a rage or jump if the queen is quite deep.
If however the area is covered by high splash then maybe a golem and wiz or even a pek and wiz
Use the rest of your capacity for hogs, 20 to 30 depending on how avoidable the spring traps are. And always have a plan to negate double bomb locations, either by pre triggering with a few sacrificial hogs or other troop if they are not too deep, or by manipulating the hog pathing some how so that they either avoid them, or only trigger one at a time.
A lot to think about, but when you nail it it's a great feeling, and you will find yourself using them more and more.

I like running a Gohowiwi on a Hoggable base. 1-2 Golems (depends how accessible the Queen is) 0-2 Witches 6-12 wizards and the appropriate amount of Hogs for their task. As others have said, you have to engage the Queen or she'll wreck your Hogs, and your Golems have to survive long enough to keep your Dps units alive long enough for the Hogs to do their work and can help with cleanup/take out the TH. If you can trip a DGB with your gowiwi, access the Queen and kill the CC, your Hogs can run a flank, horseshoeing the base defenses. But as others have mentioned it's always depending on the base design and your attacking knowledge.

I use a max golem in cc, 2-3 witches, heroes and 6-8 wiz to take out queen/test for possible bomb areas/clean up troops. Once queen is out i spam all my hogs behind those troops and heal when they enter possible gb locations or get below half health. I sometimes use bloons aswell to take out exposed defenses.

I did it!!! 3star using 32hogs, 9 wizards, and 2 witches + plus a cc full of wizards. I didn't use a golem since the queen was on the edge of the base. I will try a golem next time thoughl

Hogs are still great against a TH8 and good against many TH9. Simple setups often work, like 2 giants to lure cc, 25 archers, 5 barbs to drop close if they have a witch, spread the hogs over a side and use heals little in front of were the hogs are heading, over def stuff. Don't let your heroes die while killing cc, you might need them to clean up. A few wizards can help too. Something like that. I 3🌟 with hogs with my th8 every war. It's fun and effective.

And try to kill xbows as fast as possible.

I use 8 wiz, 2 wall breakers, rest hogs, max golem in cc.

Use the golem and heros to kill the enemy queen first. You can substitute some wiz for witch if the enemy cc has a witch inside.
