Report it through in-game settings, Supercell will do what it can.

First take screenshots of what you deem to be offensive. Then, look in your in game settings and follow the instructions on how to get in touch for that exact same complaint. It is very easy and is done within minutes. Follow the instructions on link below...

Yup, good enough to warrant the clan a nice two day ban.
Nothing extreme but enough. Report in game to support with a screenshot and their coleaders will get a nice two day vacation.
