The clan we reported plainly admitted it, and Supercell did nothing (at least for the 12 hours after they responded to us, during which time we were still at war).
Pretty frustrating.
I'd almost think we were in the same clan. And Indo clan using hog raids eerily knew the exact location of giant bombs both inside and outside walls, and took care of them easily using single hogs or barbs. I used the in-game contact feature to tell supercell about this, sending in screenshots, and was told I needed to submit a YouTube video of the attacks for them to do anything.
I was told to do the same thing. If I had, along with a screenshot of war events to prove it wasn't a second attack, next I would have to prove there was no spy. What would that take, streamed video of prep day? Then of course there's still a chance it was extremely lucky guesses.
I don't think SC has any realistic way of policing this, no point in reporting. Wish they wouldn't tell you to go through hoops for nothing though.
All in all I don't think the bunny has been a factor in more than 5% of wars, just accept it as a flaw in a mostly great game.

Yep it was for admitting to using ahem bunnies in their clan description (they used the actual name of the program) we screenshotted it sent it into support and they got a 2 day ban, we lost the war but I was satifsfying knowing they got their just deserts.
IMO a 2 day ban for using bunnies is not just deserts... It's a tiny slap on the wrist.
SC needs to be less concerned about unfairly banning a few wrongly accused persons and more concerned about how a ♥♥♥♥♥ will eventually ruin their game.

I sometimes do this to random people while dropping cups. Its nice when I drop 3 barbs and all of them activate a bomb, its like playing battleship
Totally agree -- if clans are caught using bunnies, a permanent ban would be reasonable. Supercell needs to make this problem a priority. It takes the fun out of clan wars, knowing that there are clans that ch**t and get away with it.

Does this mean that Supercell cannot look at the number of disconnects before each successful attack from their end? If they are alerted to a clan using this tactic, they really need a YouTube video of the entire war to make a strong enough case to take action? If so, that's pretty pathetic.
You may be right, but it's astonishing to think that a company like Supercell cannot figure it out.
I am in a nonstop war clan, and there have only been a handful of times where we were 100% certain the other team was up to no good (both admitted it to us during and/or after the war). I'm not upset enough about the practice to stop playing the game, but it's a serious flaw, and one that Supercell needs to work hard to correct.
Nice to know they took some action, but I would like to see clans like the one you faced be disbanded (at a minimum).
I dunno about u, but if that person just happen to be wrongly accused, u can bet they will be REALLY ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off. Imagine it being u , wrongly accused and perma banned LOL how does it feel? Especially after spending thousands of hours or $$
Supercell needs to be concerned on players especially if wrongly accused.
But supercell also can't do anything about anything that's not server related or 100% straight up admitting it....
I guess you just have to live with it, there are like 4 million players, only 5% of the players will ♥♥♥♥♥.
Supercell can't take any risk and ban ppl who might be wrongly accused. Because WHAT IF THE BASES U HAVE IS/ARE 100%LIKE THE BASES ON THE FORUM AND YOUTUBE? I dunno if ppl forgot but there are ppl on youtube showing u step by step how to 3 star the bases. And some ppl just have the feeling to it where the bombs are.
Not saying the clan u went against didn't ♥♥♥♥♥, but supercell reallllly can't do anything , otherwise like I said , too many factors in that , that might cause 1 innocent ppl to be banned.
We had suspicions that a clan was ♥♥♥♥♥ing and afterwards visited them and we were really nice. Awesome attacks, how did you do it? Then they told us how they did it, but to them it was a normal thing that they figured everyone used. We took screenshots, but so far have not turned them in.
A second time I just visited a clan after a close war - no suspicions, we won, and when I scrolled the history I found they ♥♥♥♥♥ed as well, same way. Glad they lost. Another member of their clan called that member out for it, before I left I told the non-♥♥♥♥♥ing member they could join us.
