I recently started a req and leave type clan called Free Pertland. We are still a very small clan but are actively trying to recruit more members.

Requirements:
1) Willingness to donate regularly
2) Level 30+

That's it. Donation ratio does not matter as long as you donate regularly. We NEVER war, so be prepared to not have a single war as long as you are a member. Donate 300 troops/ season for elder, and 600/season for co. We hope to receive many new members soon! (Anyone can join, but you MUST be level 30 or above to stay).
