My idea for th8 and below (bank system) for wasted elixir

Just read another wall elixir idea
we agree cheap wall for with elixir make bad economy
so here the deal

for th that have full elixir storage it goes to bank(the wasted elixir) the amount is unlimited
and it can be accessed when they go to th9 and decide to make lv 9 wall

basicly wasted resources bad for ecomony
take example if i am on both full on gold/elixir and decide to farming
well those resources is going wasted thus make ecomony bad right

any suggest / improvement to this idea is welcomed

The best single idea I have seen for lowing the lix for walls limit is to have a minimum storage cap before it can be spent. That is, you must have 2,000,000 elixir in your storages before you can spend any on a wall. That would ensure that you still had enough to be worth attacking. Not sure if I like the idea or not but it does have merit and would serve to placate the TH8's while maintaining a gameplay beyond TH8.

This idea give problem to wall lv 11
bcoz u cant have 10 mil elixir in reserve
