Leaders ability to givers rewards/incentives to clan members

Hiya,

My idea is to give the leader only the ability to give clan members a small reward or incentive for their performance in wars or battles, donating troops or giving advice to other members.
There's only so many times you can say "well done" or "great attack"

People always perform better when there's an incentive!

I agree its good to reward your clan members that are working well for the team.

I usually give max level 5 Pekka's as they all seem to like those.

I have created contest before within my own clan. Such as "Most Heroic" or "Best Defense" or "Most Wins in a season" the winner gets a 5 dollar itunes gift card from me(clan leader).

Nothing that is going to drain my pockets, but just a kind gesture among your clanmates. Goes a very long way!

It makes the clan a closer knit family. Also everyone works hard.
