well that is horrible. games are for kids and there should b a way to prevent such things. mostly kids are below 15. mayb a power to delete mails by leader and permanently banning (people do post vulgar in join requests).

When I think of clash of clans thats what I think thats mostly kids play it. Chat on global for a few minutes and there are players 19 and up lol. I think my current clan leader is 33 and I'm only 15. lol I have found that a lot of the higher players are adults, just shows its a good app that interests a broad range of ages.

if there is no age limitations on game (in declaration) then there must b safeguards against such things. its the responsibility of game developers to ensure that it is safely used by kids and parents dont have to worry about the stuff happened above. otherwise warn parents about it.
u know they can b sued for it :-D .
seriously its so popular game so it should made rules on it

Yeah, my sons are young but I love the game too! I hope they can find a way to make it safer for the younger fans. I would hate to think that I would have to no longer allow them to play because of situations like this. :-(

Anyone by chance see anything or know anything about the ability to delete the troll's posts from our clan chat?
As I mentioned a few times. This was a guy that clearly had issues. If he thought punishing us would make us see some light that we made a mistake kicking him it actually had quite the opposite effect.

Its enough of an anomaly that I cant call it a strong argument for the feature though.

What I have give n thought to would be if in clan settings the leader could choose who can see requests to join. It can be everyone by default. But a leader could then have the option to just have the elders and up (the only ones that can actually accept it) or even just the CO's or even just the leader. That would have helped my situation because it was keeping the kids from being exposed to vulgar threats was the part I cared about. To me personally it was just noise so I could have easily taken it if it was only me seeing it..

CoC is 13+ only. You agree to it before you start the tutorial. If parents allow their children to play age restricted games publicly with adults I can only assume that they know their children well enough that they can trust their children to handle the inevitable result, their parents don't care, or that they are completely negligent about their children's safety in an online world.

Back to the original post, I'm sorry to hear you got to experience some of the worst that CoC has to offer. Unfortunately you are talking about people with questionable moral fiber. No amount of rules or limitations will stop them. It just makes them more creative in their efforts to troll your online life. We now have over a decade of reference material for keyboard commando syndrome. It is up to you as the clan leader to only promote the right people and take corrective action as needed. Being able to remove individual posts from clan chat might be something to consider though.

13+ is not 18+. it means u dont hav to supervise a child above 13 in that game. so u have to make that possible. or change it to 18+. otherwise warn PG. it may reduce the number of users but still make safeguard the kids.

That's correct in the OP and really applies to my little tale too. Your best revenge is to not be them.

Make sure to add a PG or R rating to middle school hallways, school busses and especially Facebook too. If language is your concern you will find your children are exposed to far worse in all of those places every day. Doesn't mean you stop trying but it does mean you have to acknowledge that when you send them out into the world they are going to see it.

ok here are few minor changes that can make a difference (not very much but still can b reduced)
    1. Ability to delete mails by leader
2.Permanent ban on abusers(leader ability only)
    3. Striping co leader ability to make more co leaders (as elders also can't make elders)
    4. warning to parents about adult chat expect so PG+ underage.
5.Disappearce of join request context after rejection
